Download a program called Malwarebytes Anti-Malware www.downloads.com.
The install, update, to run it.

If you do not run in normal mode, you need to start in Safe mode to work.
You can do this by restarting your computer and press the F8 key repeatedly until a menu appears that the questions about how to run the safe mode, he asks. Then, once you have returned to run a complete program.

Good luck!

I personally think the best way is to deal with a malware that services can be one of the numerous committees and to use IT better support.
Follow the instructions on the link below and an analyst trained in your case, help you get rid of it and give a free consultation free to keep your computer free from viruses / malware.
If you are not on a stage finish, the analyst did you know and show the way forward.

I have exactly the same problem, it is very annoying. I do not understand how you have installed on my computer. Apparently I have Norton Antivirus and is suppp not for this malware? "Log into my computer. I tried to enter the control panel to see if I could uninstall it somehow, but do not see in every program. Then I tried (in the Panel as well) to examine the security status of my computer, and instead of the usual Windows window appears, stating that my firewall, Windows Firewall is enabled, etc. This window Vista Antivirus 2010 is not evident. That's never happened before, I do not know what happened, what is very rare that I solve this problem, if I put my system back to its original settings, in the hope that the work is, oh God, hope ... = (

Oh, and I do not recommend that you would not protect against malicious software that some people here say download, I say this is exactly the same thing, except to try a little "nice" to your computer. Instead of downloading from a reliable source, I wouldRecommended Antivirus and Norton, he never had a problem before and used for some time, but since I'm not sure. = S

EDIT: The problem, apparently, from whom I obtained: Create a new user account manager for the team. Restart the computer with my new user account and password. A window with all the windows of the big update that was installed, came and took me to 3 of the 4 major changes to install. One of them is "Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool x64". After these updates are installed my computer rebooted, and I with my old user account (the user is connected ACCNT, where I get all these Vista Antivirus 2010 pop-up required). I went into the Control Panel, and the safety equipment, and yes! Solve the problem already! have the same regular, open the Windows Firewall, and now no longer has pop-ups!

Please, I recommend you try it before you download anything from untrusted AntiVirus programs that your team can affect even more. I hope that was helpful to you asIt was for me!

Use System Restore. I think it was more efficient to remove Vista Antivirus 2010 on my computer. Basically I have a restore point, if my computer is not infected by the application and now it's gone forever.
