Skin Rash. I think I might have scabies? diagnosis? - pictures of scabies track

I'm itching for over a week every day and it seems that I have this rash is distributed. I just paranoid. It is not safe. A friend of mine told me that he had scabies and it frightened me. Here are some pictures. Please help.

It could be scabies, but can also have different eruptions such as eczema, pimples, heat or an allergic reaction to food and environmental factors. Scabies is usually sleep very difficult, without an antihistamine.
